What do you need to match?

We are looking for a person with initiative, oriented towards efficiency and productivity. Flexible, planned and organized, decisive, and with a great capacity for teamwork and adaptation.

To fit the position, you must have completed university studies; Technical/Higher Architecture, Building Engineering, or similar. Basic training in Occupational Risk Prevention is valued. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position within the building construction sector is required.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for directing and coordinating all available productive resources on-site, ensuring compliance with established quality, cost, and safety standards. You will be part of the team and, together with the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of the human, technical, and material resources of the site, guaranteeing their correct execution, as well as economic supervision and monitoring.
