We are looking for a Production Manager for COSFESA, a railway company within the group with experience in the sector, to join our team of highly qualified professionals.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the technical, economic, and operational execution of the assigned railway works, optimizing available resources and ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and the technical standards established by the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and coordinate production work on railway sites, ensuring compliance with established schedules.
• Supervise the correct technical execution of the works in collaboration with site managers and supervisors.
• Control production, costs, and performance, optimizing human and material resources.
• Participate in the preparation of budgets, bids, and planning for new railway projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards during execution.
• Coordinate with the Group Manager and the Production Management team the overall planning of the works.
• Review and approve measurements, certifications, and technical follow-up documentation.
• Propose technical and process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain technical liaison with clients, project management teams, and railway authorities.

• Education: Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals, and Ports Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum experience: 5 years in railway works.
• Knowledge: railway construction processes, cost control, planning, railway regulations, occupational health and safety (PRL), and environmental management.
• Skills: leadership, organization, decision-making, technical analysis, team management, and results orientation.
