Requirements
What we're looking for

- Previous experience of at least 2 years in Facility Management, General Services, or building maintenance coordination positions.

What you'll do
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for the Head Offices, as well as support the Team Lead in monitoring maintenance for the nationwide store network.
- Supervise the correct functioning of the building's facilities and general services, ensuring the safety, operability, and comfort of users.
- Monitor incidents related to the offices, ensuring their resolution within the established timeframes.
- Coordinate the intervention of external providers and verify the correct execution of the contracted services.
- Request, analyze, and compare quotes for maintenance, repair, and improvement actions for the building's facilities and the nationwide store network.
- Verify compliance with contracts, technical-legal maintenance, and periodic inspections, guaranteeing adequacy to current regulations.
- Keep documentation related to contracts, certificates, maintenance plans, and technical documentation updated and correctly archived.
- Monitor invoicing, costs associated with contracted services, and the area budget in coordination with their manager.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the facilities, workspaces, and services provided by external providers.
- Coordinate cleaning needs, consumables, furniture, and other support services to ensure the correct functioning of the offices.
- Supervise the state and functionality of meeting rooms and common areas, ensuring their adequate availability.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and studies related to their area of responsibility, guaranteeing the reliability of the information and compliance with established deadlines, as well as providing support to the Team Lead for the nationwide store network.
