As a Business Process Analyst, your daily responsibilities will include:
-Comprehensive support: Providing assistance and support to internal and external clients of GPC&S organizational services.
-Process and tool management: Acting as a subject matter expert, providing support on standard tools and processes to end users.
-Transformation and continuous improvement: Collaborating closely with the Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Transformation, and other partners areas to implement business changes and updates through process engineering.
-Corporate alignment: Ensuring that all GPC&S projects and processes are perfectly aligned with the company's core values.
-Operational support: Helping agents in their daily tasks by providing accurate documentation and updated resources that ensure the best customer experience.
