At Allianz, we are looking for an AI Consultant (Gen AI) to join our Center of Excellence in Automation & AI and support the development and evolution of Artificial Intelligence initiatives with real business impact.
We are looking for a profile that combines technical experience in generative AI with the ability to manage and coordinate technological projects, connecting business needs with technical teams and supporting initiatives from use case definition to implementation.
Given the growth of our AI projects, the coordination of providers and external teams will be of special relevance, so we are looking for a person with sufficient technical knowledge and experience to understand proposed solutions, challenge them when necessary, and ensure their alignment with business needs and defined standards.

What will you do at Allianz?
• Support and manage Artificial Intelligence projects from start to finish, from identification and definition of the use case to its implementation, production deployment, and monitoring.
• Coordinate AI initiatives with internal teams, providers, and external partners, ensuring project progress and the fulfillment of defined objectives.
• Translate business needs into functional and technological requirements, acting as a connection point between business areas and technical teams.
• Monitor projects, coordinating stakeholders, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and next steps.
• Participate in the definition, design, and evaluation of generative AI solutions, providing technical and functional criteria and challenging proposed solutions.
• Supervise and support the work developed by third parties, ensuring the quality, scalability, and adequacy of the solutions.
• Collaborate transversally with different business and technology areas to facilitate the adoption of solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's Automation & AI ecosystem, identifying opportunities, best practices, and new capabilities.
