to join our team in Madrid and lead generative AI initiatives focused on business transformation and the creation of innovative solutions based on foundation models. The selected candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams and actively participate in the definition, design, and implementation of scalable GenAI architectures, collaborating with clients and technical teams to turn business needs into high-impact solutions. The role is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of the team. Residency in Spain and a valid work permit for Spain are mandatory.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions based on large language models (LLMs), using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Agentic AI architectures.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions, prompt engineering strategies, and agent orchestration mechanisms using LangGraph and related technologies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, overseeing the technical quality of deliverables and ensuring the achievement of functional and business objectives.
• Engage in client activities, executive presentations, definition of value propositions, and development of generative AI technology roadmaps.
• Define reference architectures for enterprise GenAI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, availability, and maintainability.
• Lead the full development lifecycle of intelligent agent-based solutions, including functional analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment to production.
• Oversee the development of software components in Python integrated with cloud services and the generative AI ecosystem.
• Drive the adoption of software engineering best practices, observability, versioning, and model governance.
• Manage and develop professional teams, providing mentoring, technical guidance, and career support.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business opportunities based on generative AI and accelerate their implementation.

• At least 8 years of professional experience in roles related to technology, software development, data, or artificial intelligence.
• At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in Generative AI projects.
• Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining agent-based solutions using OpenAI and LangGraph.
• Professional experience in software development.
• Experience in designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Experience in prompt engineering techniques applied to enterprise environments.
• Professional experience developing applications in Python.
• C1 level of English.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a similar university qualification.

• Professional experience using LangChain.
• Professional experience with Kubernetes.
• Professional experience in cloud environments.
• Experience in fine-tuning and customizing foundation models.
• Experience in microservices architectures and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of other generative AI platforms and open-source models.

• Liderar el diseño, desarrollo y despliegue de soluciones de IA generativa basadas en modelos de lenguaje de gran escala (LLMs), utilizando Azure OpenAI, OpenAI y arquitecturas Agentic AI.
• Diseñar e implementar soluciones RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), estrategias de prompt engineering y mecanismos de orquestación de agentes mediante LangGraph y tecnologías asociadas.
• Coordinar equipos técnicos multidisciplinares, supervisando la calidad técnica de las entregas y garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos funcionales y de negocio.
• Participar en actividades con clientes, presentaciones ejecutivas, definición de propuestas de valor y elaboración de roadmaps tecnológicos de IA generativa.
• Definir arquitecturas de referencia para soluciones GenAI empresariales asegurando escalabilidad, seguridad, disponibilidad y mantenibilidad.
• Liderar el ciclo completo de desarrollo de soluciones basadas en agentes inteligentes, incluyendo análisis funcional, diseño técnico, implementación, pruebas y paso a producción.
• Supervisar el desarrollo de componentes de software en Python integrados con servicios cloud y ecosistemas de IA generativa.
• Impulsar la adopción de buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software, observabilidad, versionado y gobierno de modelos.
• Gestionar y desarrollar equipos de profesionales, proporcionando mentoring, acompañamiento técnico y seguimiento de carrera.
• Colaborar con stakeholders internos y externos para identificar oportunidades de negocio basadas en IA generativa y acelerar su implantación.

• Mínimo 8 años de experiencia profesional en posiciones relacionadas con tecnología, desarrollo de software, datos o inteligencia artificial.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial Generativa.
• Experiencia práctica en desarrollo y mantenimiento de agentes basados en modelos de lenguaje utilizando OpenAI y LangGraph.
• Experiencia profesional en desarrollo de software.
• Experiencia en diseño e implementación de soluciones RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
• Experiencia en técnicas de prompt engineering aplicadas a entornos empresariales.
• Experiencia profesional desarrollando aplicaciones en Python.
• Nivel de inglés C1.
• Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o titulación universitaria similar.

• Experiencia profesional utilizando LangChain.
• Experiencia profesional con Kubernetes.
• Experiencia profesional en entornos cloud.
• Experiencia en fine-tuning y personalización de modelos fundacionales.
