What we're looking for
- At least 8 years of professional experience in roles related to technology, software development, data, or artificial intelligence.
- At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams.
- At least 2 years of experience in Generative AI projects.
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining agent-based solutions using OpenAI and LangGraph.
- Professional experience in software development.
- Experience in designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Experience in prompt engineering techniques applied to enterprise environments.
- Professional experience developing applications in Python.
- C1 level of English.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a similar university qualification.

We are looking for a Generative AI Manager to join our team in Madrid and lead generative artificial intelligence initiatives focused on business transformation and the creation of innovative solutions based on foundational models. The selected candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams and actively participate in defining, designing, and implementing scalable GenAI architectures, collaborating with clients and technical teams to turn business needs into high-impact solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI solutions based on large language models (LLMs), using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Agentic AI architectures.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions, prompt engineering strategies, and agent orchestration mechanisms using LangGraph and related technologies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, overseeing the technical quality of deliverables and ensuring the achievement of functional and business objectives.
- Engage in client activities, executive presentations, definition of value propositions, and development of generative AI technology roadmaps.
- Define reference architectures for enterprise GenAI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, availability, and maintainability.
- Lead the full development lifecycle of intelligent agent-based solutions, including functional analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment to production.
- Oversee the development of software components in Python integrated with cloud services and the generative AI ecosystem.
- Drive the adoption of software engineering best practices, observability, versioning, and model governance.
- Manage and develop professional teams, providing mentoring, technical guidance, and career support.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business opportunities based on generative AI and accelerate their implementation.
