What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in a Master's program; fields of study related to Communications, Marketing, Design or a related discipline are preferred.
Proficiency in English is required.
Experience in content creation, social media, and visual communication tools.
Video production skills, including filming, editing, and creating short-form video content.
Hands-on experience with Claude Design and Canva Pro is required, along with familiarity with other AI-driven tools for design and content creation.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content.
Natural curiosity and a willingness to explore new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

The role

We are seeking a Strategy & Transformation Communications Intern to join our Global Communication and Reputation team at Allianz Technology.

What you'll do

Support Strategic Communications: Assist in the development and execution of strategic communication plans aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
Campaign Creation: Collaborate with the Global Communication and Reputation team to design and implement creative employee engagement campaigns using various communication channels.
Content Development: Contribute to content creation for internal communications, including newsletters, social media posts, and visual communication materials.
Visual Communication: Utilize visual communication tools to create engaging and informative content that supports our engagement initiatives.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of engagement campaigns with broader organizational goals.
Monitor and Analyze: Track the effectiveness of engagement campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
Support AI Adoption: Help drive the adoption of AI tools across the organization by creating communications, guides, and engagement activities that encourage employees to explore and use AI in their daily work
