What you'll do

As a senior consultant in AI & New Technologies, you will deliver value from concepts and strategy through to implementation, proof of concept, and production solutions. We are looking for senior consultants with a foundation in GenAI and agentic systems, specializing in Data Science or Industrial AI, with the motivation to apply AI to real operational challenges.

  • Lead the development of multifunctional projects with consultants, domain experts, and clients to design and implement agentic systems and solve complex industrial challenges
  • Take responsibility for developing and designing architectures that leverage foundational models and multi-agent frameworks to advance our clients' AI strategy
  • Lead client conversations and translate complex operational and business requirements into project approaches and technical solutions
  • Develop production-ready code and implement AI solutions, collaborating with external developers to create reliable and scalable functionalities in integrated OT & IT environments
  • Contribute to the design of global AI architectures for businesses and industry
  • Communicate results to stakeholders at all levels, from senior management to plant operators and end users
  • Act as a key innovator and reference, prototyping solutions that demonstrate the transformative potential of AI
  • Enjoy project-related travel and work on exciting challenges directly with clients

What we're looking for

  • Education:
  • Outstanding academic degree (Master's/Diploma/PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
  • Specialization in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering
  • Experience and Skills:
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing GenAI applications
    • Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agents SDK)
    • Proficiency in Python (data analysis, automation, and AI development)
    • Experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure, including Microsoft Foundry)
    • Knowledge of Data Warehousing & Engineering (Snowflake, dbt)
    • More than 3 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, technology, industry, or start-ups
    • Demonstrated experience in data and AI projects in environments with direct client contact
    • Technical Knowledge:
      • Practical experience applying AI to business or industrial data (time series, process optimization, document intelligence)
      • Experience with IT/OT architectures and knowledge of industrial standards
  • Working style:
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and innovative mindset
  • Willingness to take on responsibility within a growing organization
  • Great curiosity, eagerness to learn, strong social skills, and team spirit
  • Languages: Excellent command of English and Spanish
