Join the team of the Northern Commercial Management to carry out your duties in the commercial area, at the Zaragoza branch, on a temporary basis.

What will you do at Allianz?

• Manage the network of assigned intermediaries and the acquisition and maintenance of the portfolio.
• Promote cross-selling, develop business plans, promote digitalization and professionalization of the network.
• Contribute to the overall growth of the branch(es).

What does Allianz need from you?

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of the insurance market and financial products.
• Good commercial skills, negotiation ability, communication skills, change management, creativity, innovation, influence, data management, and strategic vision.
• Good command of English (B2).

• University education or completed Higher Vocational Training (desirable).

Entra al equipo de la Dirección Comercial Norte para desarrollar tus funciones en el área comercial, en la sucursal de Zaragoza, de forma temporal.

¿Qué es lo que harás en Allianz?

• Gestionar la red de mediadores asignados y captación, mantenimiento de cartera.
• Fomentar venta cruzada, elaborar planes de negocio, fomentar digitalización y profesionalización de la red.
• Contribuir al crecimiento global de la/s sucursal/es.

¿Qué necesita Allianz de ti?

• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en funciones similares. Conocimiento del mercado asegurador y productos financieros.
• Buenas habilidades comerciales, capacidad de negociación, dotes comunicativas, de gestión del cambio, creatividad, innovación, influencia, gestión de datos y visión estratégica.
• Buen dominio del idioma inglés (B2).

• Formación Académica Universitaria o Formación Profesional Superior finalizada correctamente (deseable).
