What we're looking for

Commercial skills; we will highly value previous experience in a sales department, working with CRM and billing KPIs.

Passion for football ⚽ and knowledge of the sector and sports equipment, with previous experience working with clubs, whether as a player, coach, or in any other role.

📑 Permanent contract

💰 Gross annual fixed salary of €18,000 gross per year + 30% bonus

🕐 Flexible schedule (approximate weekly operation from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and intensive workday on Fridays)

The role

At our headquarters in 📍 Zaragoza we are looking for a 👉 Commercial Administrative Assistant for our Teamsports department in Spain, a team that was created more than 7 years ago with the goal of managing first-hand all the sports equipment and kits for clubs across the country.

Right now, we need hands to provide support to the Levante geographic zone from our central offices in Plaza.

What you'll do

You will be based at our headquarters in 📍 Polígono Plaza, Zaragoza , providing back-office support to sales representatives spread across the national territory and maintaining direct contact with clients in your assigned zone. Among other tasks, you will be responsible for:

Management of commercial leads
Contact with our portfolio of clubs in your zone
Administrative support to business developers
Feeding and monitoring club microsites
Promoting and strengthening Fútbol Emotion's loyalty programs and the Teamsports Prescription program.
CRM maintenance and updating
