BBVA Allianz - Reporting & Accounting Analyst

• Degree or Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management, Accounting, Finance, or related degrees.

• Professional experience of between 2 and 3 years in accounting, financial reporting, or audit areas.

• Advanced level of Excel.

• Intermediate level of English.

• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage different tasks and meet demanding deadlines.

Will be valued

• Knowledge of SAP.

• Experience in regulatory or financial reporting within the insurance or financial sector.

Reporting & Accounting Analyst

What will you do at BBVA Allianz?

Regulatory reporting

• Manage the information delivery schedule to the Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds (DGSFP) with the various areas involved.

• Receive, consolidate, and review the information prepared by the participating teams.

• Report the required information in the systems established by the regulator.

• Analyze, investigate, and resolve incidents arising from regulatory validations.

• Execute quality controls and ensure compliance with established deadlines.

Financial and corporate reporting

• Participate in the preparation and submission of financial information required by the Allianz Group for the consolidation of financial statements.

• Drive improvements in reporting processes and existing validation controls.

• Collaborate in the preparation of the company's annual accounts.

• Prepare documentation and information required by internal and external audit.

• Provide support in resolving queries related to the reported financial information.

• Prepare closing reports and provide accounting information to other areas of the organization.

General accounting

• Provide support in general accounting activities related to suppliers, settlements, fixed assets, invoicing, taxes, payroll, and social security.

• Perform accounting reconciliations and monitoring controls.

• Document processes, procedures, and controls associated with the finance function.

• Participate in continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
