🎯 Your Mission

Participate in the conceptual definition, urban analysis, and Project Management of innovative projects, guaranteeing technical excellence and alignment with the company's design standards from their initial phase through to execution.

What you'll do

📋 Key Responsibilities

Design and Viability: Contribute to the preparation of preliminary layouts, feasibility studies, and high-impact conceptual proposals.
Integral Development: Participate in the development of hospitality, tourism, and flexible residential projects in all their phases.
Regulations and Planning: Analyze and apply urban regulations, planning, and CTE, anticipating risks and opportunities.
Strategic Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, operators, consultants, engineering firms, and external architecture studios.
Project Management: Planning, deadline control, agent coordination, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
Construction Control: Perform technical site monitoring, quality supervision, review of executive documentation, and incident resolution.
Representation: Prepare and participate in strategic presentations for investors, developers, and public administrations.
