• Education: Degree in Labor Relations, HR, Business Administration, or Labor Sciences.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of consolidated experience in similar functions (experience in multi-sector environments is highly valued).

• Software: Advanced knowledge of Sage 200 (highly valued).

• Office Suite: Advanced level of Excel for data reporting and analysis.

• Competencies: High analytical capacity, technical rigor, attention to detail, and maximum discretion.

Due to the growth and restructuring of our HR department, we are looking for a Payroll Technician to join our Madrid offices on a permanent basis. We are looking for a methodical and rigorous person to take on the full personnel administration cycle, guaranteeing excellence in compensation management and regulatory compliance in a dynamic and multi-collective agreement environment.

• Payroll Cycle: Comprehensive management of the monthly payroll (incidents, variables, overtime, and technical closures).

• Social Security: Registrations, cancellations, data variations, and management of IT/AT (RED System, SILTRA, Delt@).

• Hiring: Formalization and communication of contracts and extensions through Contrat@.

• Settlements: Calculation of severance pay, indemnities, and administrative management of exit processes.

• Taxation: Preparation and review of IRPF forms (111 and 190).

• Internal Advisory: Resolving employee queries regarding their payslips and the application of the group's various collective agreements.
