Global Procurement Trainee

We are looking for a Global Procurement Trainee to join our Procurement Center of Excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine procurement operations, supplier management and analytics with cutting-edge digital initiatives, including Artificial Intelligence, automation and data-driven decision making. You will work closely with global stakeholders, helping to improve processes, enhance user experience and support Procurement's digital transformation journey.

As a Global Procurement Trainee, you will:

• Support sourcing and category management activities, collaborating with Lead Buyers on analysis, supplier strategies and best practices.
• Participate in supplier onboarding, due diligence and risk monitoring processes.
• Help identify and assess supplier risks, contributing to mitigation and monitoring strategies.
• Develop reports, analyses and Power BI dashboards to track Procurement KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support internal stakeholders and suppliers by providing guidance on Procurement processes and tools.
• Review existing processes and policies to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay ecosystem.
• Participate in the design, testing and implementation of AI agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT and business teams to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, simplification and stakeholder experience.
