• Perform preventive maintenance operations according to the schedule.
• Perform corrective maintenance activities.
• Propose and develop improvements, modifications, and repairs affecting the performance, availability, or safety of the line, with prior approval from the Machinery Technician.
• Test new formats on machines.
• Assist external contracted personnel in performing modifications to the facilities and the commissioning of new formats, machinery, and equipment on the line.
• Know the actions to be performed on moving machine parts in order to adapt their functions to the product or materials to be worked with.
• Propose modifications to the preventive maintenance plan.
• Manage the replacement or repair of parts or spares used.
• Perform the theoretical-practical training of Technical Operator.
• Comply with GMP, GLP, GDP standards or those corresponding to current legislation.
• Communicate any non-compliance to the person performing it, and taking into account the severity and repetition, also to the role responsible for compliance with these standards.
• Comply with the safety and environmental standards set out in the different procedures, guides, and work instructions, as well as inform technicians and managers of any situations or actions that may imply a risk in the processes they develop, both for their own safety and for that of other people who may be affected by their professional activity.
• Participate and be a driver in the continuous improvement and innovation of the processes in which their role is involved, identifying improvement opportunities and promoting innovation.
• Actively participate in the challenges and objectives of Industrial Operations.
• Comply with and maintain standards.
• Apply the proposed Lean tools for the performance of their work.
• Detect and communicate improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement events.
• Fulfill the assigned functions, following the principles of self-management and the rules and values established by the company.

MISSION
Perform both corrective and preventive mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment and facilities. Responsible for the good condition of the production equipment and facilities.

• Realizar las operaciones de mantenimiento preventivo según programa.
• Realizar las actividades de mantenimiento correctivo.
• Proponer y desarrollar mejoras, modificaciones y reparaciones que afectan el rendimiento, la disponibilidad o seguridad de la línea, con aprobación previa del Técnico de Maquinaria.
• Probar nuevos formatos en máquinas.
• Asistir al personal externo contratado en la realización de modificaciones en las instalaciones y puestas en marcha de nuevos formatos, maquinaria y equipos en la línea.
• Conocer aquellas acciones a realizar en piezas móviles de máquinas con el fin de adaptar sus funciones al producto o materiales con los que se debe trabajar.
• Proponer modificaciones del plan de mantenimiento preventivo.
• Gestionar la reposición o reparación de las piezas o recambios utilizados.
• Realizar la formación teórico-práctica de Technical Operator.
• Cumplir las normas GMP, GLP, GDP o las que correspondan según legislación vigente.
• Comunicar cualquier incumplimiento a la persona que lo realiza, y teniendo en cuenta la gravedad y la repetición también al rol responsable del cumplimiento de estas normas.
• Cumplir las normas de seguridad y medio ambiente recogidas en los diferentes procedimientos, guías e instrucciones de trabajo, así como poner en conocimiento de los técnicos y managers aquellas situaciones o actuaciones que puedan implicar un riesgo en los procesos que desarrollan, tanto para su propia seguridad como para la de otras personas a las que les pueda afectar su actividad profesional.
• Participar y ser motor en la mejora continua e innovación de los procesos en los que su rol está involucrado, identificando oportunidades de mejora y promoviendo la innovación.
• Participar activamente en los retos y objetivos de Industrial Operations.
• Cumplir y mantener los estándares.
• Aplicar las herramientas Lean propuestas para el desempeño de su trabajo.
• Detectar y comunicar las oportunidades de mejora y participar en los eventos de mejora continua.
• Cumplir las funciones encomendadas, siguiendo los principios de la autogestión y de las normas y valores que establece la compañía.

MISIÓN
Realizar el mantenimiento mecánico y eléctrico tanto correctivo como preventivo en equipos e instalaciones productivas. Se responsabiliza del buen estado de los equipos e instalaciones productivas.
