What you'll do

Adoption of Everyday-AI and Digital Workplace (main role, ~75%)

  • Lead the everyday-AI adoption strategy across corporate tools, bespoke solutions, and external platforms (especially Copilot and Claude), driving real usage and measurable productivity impact.
  • Drive the adoption of Digital Workplace tools (M365 ecosystem, automation, collaboration, data usage).
  • Elevate the organization's AI Literacy by designing and executing adoption initiatives (training sessions, workshops, pilots, and communication materials).
  • Strengthen, lead, and energize Communities of Practice related to our self-service AI adoption strategy and Digital Workplace, consolidating key roles for Business Technologists.
  • Work directly with business leaders to drive adoption within their areas, including:
    • Facilitating workshops and dynamic events that raise AI Literacy levels in teams.
    • Delivering tailored sessions for management teams.
    • Helping them identify use cases and integrate AI into their workflows.
  • Guide business users through the available AI learning journeys within the "Digital, Data & Technologies" academy, offered through Workday.
  • Promote a self-service learning model and support employees in developing digital and AI skills.
  • Apply existing governance guidelines and ensure the responsible use of AI solutions.
  • Measure adoption metrics and AI Literacy levels, and continuously improve initiatives.

IT Business Partner - People & Culture (~25%)

  • Collaborate with senior management to align technology solutions with business strategies and contribute to the business unit's strategic planning process.
  • Understand the technology applicable to assigned business units. Stay at the forefront of technology and industry trends.
  • Advise and set expectations with Senior Leadership regarding the risks and value/benefits of technology use to generate competitive advantage and improve business performance.
  • Lead IT demand management on behalf of the business and communicate high-level business requirements to IT delivery groups. Align business unit demand with IT supply.
  • Responsible for the strategic planning of the IT portfolio for assigned business units. Negotiate and mediate between business and IT Delivery teams to find pragmatic solutions.
  • Anticipate business needs and identify and propose IT products and services to meet them (including managing and qualifying the IT demand pipeline, as well as internal value modeling and the proposal process).
  • Promote understanding of IT functions, processes, and activities within the business, and act as the primary marketing and communications owner for IT services and capabilities.
  • Facilitate and potentially drive the planning and execution of business change enabled by technology.
  • Collaborate with business and IT executives to identify opportunities for operational and business efficiency improvements. Define business and IT performance metrics, and measure, track, and report on benefit realization and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Attend IT Program, Product, and Service Steering Committees, and identify, manage, and resolve issues, either proactively or based on reports from Business Units, as necessary.
  • May contribute to the development of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or the selection of vendors in accordance with IT standards.

Education & certifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
