About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Profile (CAU Level 1) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn and grow within a collaborative work culture.

What you'll do

- Logging and tracking incidents using our proprietary ticketing tools (GLPI).

- Preparing reports and statistics using management tools.

- Providing user support both in person and remotely (via email, phone, etc.).
