At ALTIA we continue to grow and are looking for an experienced Technical Manager or Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona.

This is a long-term, stable project with a private client in the cultural sector.

We are looking for a person with professional experience in:

  • Managing, administering, supervising, and following up on the tasks of development teams.
  • Communicating with application users.
  • Experience with technologies or platforms such as Drupal, WordPress, Liferay, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP).

Job responsibilities:

1) Ensure the proper functioning of applications within their scope.

2) Provide support services and user assistance, together with the development teams for the respective applications.

3) Implement new applications or evolve existing ones according to:

• business needs

• defined development and quality standards

• estimated costs and timelines

4) Manage the tasks of their development teams to meet:

• the project schedule

• incident resolution timelines and user support

• the client's budget (for their applications)

5) Supervise the service:

• Support service level, incidents, on-call shifts…

• Compliance with cost and time estimates for developments and upgrades

• Compliance with development and quality standards
