Have you recently completed your studies and are you interested in starting your career in an environment where technology, systems, and health are combined?

As part of the On Program at Roche 2026, we are looking to incorporate a recent graduate into the Field Service IT team in Madrid.

During the program, you will learn to provide support for Roche's digital solutions and information systems installed in hospitals and laboratories, accompanied by experienced professionals and with a structured training and mentoring itinerary.

What you'll do

You will participate in activities such as:

  • Configuration, maintenance, and support of systems and applications.
  • Resolving technical incidents.
  • Support for systems installed in laboratory environments.
  • Review and monitoring of the operational quality of systems.
  • Training and support for clients.
  • Documentation of activities and installations in CRM.
  • Collaboration with other technical teams and Customer Support.
  • Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and service optimization.

As you progress through the program, you will gain more autonomy and responsibility.

What we're looking for

We would like to meet you if:

  • You have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Telecommunications, Technical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • You completed your qualifying degree within the last 3 years, or 5 years in the case of people with disabilities.
  • You have an interest in systems, applications, and problem-solving.
  • You have a good level of Spanish and English.
  • You have a Class B driver's license.
  • You are available to travel within the assigned territory.
  • You have flexibility in your working hours according to the needs of the service.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, Windows Server, HL7, or ASTM will be valued.
