Maintenance Spare Parts Warehouse Manager

Required skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions in industrial environments or technical workshops.
• Knowledge and handling of CMMS (preferably programs such as PRISMA, MP, SAP PM, Infor EAM, or similar).
• Handling of basic office tools (Excel, email, databases).

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics...)

Required education:

• Vocational Training (FP) Intermediate or Higher in Maintenance

At AMC Global, we are looking for a Spare Parts Warehouse Manager with experience in industrial environments, preferably in the food or beverage industry, to take charge of the efficient management of materials, spare parts, and tools for the maintenance workshop.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials, controlling inventories, coordinating stock inflows and outflows, and maintaining order in the technical warehouse. They must work in close collaboration with the maintenance and production teams.

Responsibilities:

• Reception, classification, and storage of materials, spare parts, and tools.
• Physical and digital inventory control (minimum stock, rotation, expiration dates if applicable).
• Lead the implementation of the CMMS system.
• Recording of warehouse movements using the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) system.
• Preparation and delivery of materials requested by the maintenance team.
• Coordination with suppliers for the reception and return of goods.
• Support in the planning of preventive maintenance from the warehouse.
• Guarantee compliance with safety, hygiene, and 5S order standards in the warehouse.
• Proposals for continuous improvement in warehouse management.

Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs with a 1-hour lunch break.
