What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance positions in industrial environments.
Advanced knowledge in electricity, mechanics, electronics, and pneumatics.
Experience in team management and personnel coordination.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of occupational risk prevention (ORP) regulations.
Proficiency in CMMS systems and maintenance tools.

The role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to be in charge of organizing and directing our maintenance department. This person will be key to ensuring operational efficiency and production continuity.

What you'll do

Organize and direct the maintenance department.
Coordinate and supervise the design of new facilities and machinery.
Locate and correct deficiencies in the plant.
Design preventive and corrective plans for the production lines.
Plan and assign tasks to maintenance personnel.
Manage the supply of necessary tools and materials.
Coordinate external personnel for maintenance functions.
Ensure production continuity and the efficient use of resources.
Perform electrical, mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and plumbing work.
Use the Maintenance CMMS system.
Provide support to other plants in the group regarding maintenance and facilities.
Ensure compliance with OHS regulations.
Manage legal documentation for facilities according to requirements.
