Your main mission will be to collaborate in the implementation of different trials, within the tomato production process at the assigned center (Maresme or Baix Llobregat) in order to perform the analysis to identify the best rootstock/variety combination, regarding both productive and quality data.
You will collaborate in data acquisition, measurements, and harvest control to guarantee data integrity and the subsequent statistical analysis thereof.
Continuous fruit harvesting (especially tomatoes) (approximately 3 times per week) from different trials (at farms located in Baix Llobregat and Maresme).
Perform data analysis and organization in Excel
You will apply statistical treatments
You will carry out the recording of data such as:
Counting the number of fruits harvested
Total harvest weight
Individual fruit weight
Brix degrees of individual fruits
Caliber of individual fruits
