The role

SECTION MANAGER - Lleida

Ametller Origen is a company in a full expansion phase where you will have the freedom to propose and implement new ideas and work together with the team.

What will your mission be at Ametller Origen?

To guarantee the coordination and functioning of the section with the aim of ensuring supply, commercial implementation, and the satisfaction of customers and your team, as well as the achievement of objectives.

What you'll do

How will you do it?

You will be a benchmark for your team: You will accompany and monitor your team to ensure their training and growth.
You will collaborate in supply management and ensure the product flow through to the point of sale.
You will implement the commercial actions of your section to ensure the achievement of objectives.
You will support your manager in planning, team management, indicator monitoring, and the resolution of incidents and store needs.

How you'll work

Forget about split shifts! Our schedules allow you to balance your personal life with your work life, as you will have a rotating and intensive schedule (morning/afternoon), from Monday to Sunday, with one day off.

Hiring process

What will the selection process be like?

In the first phase, you will have an interview with a selection technician, where we will explain the project, the functions to be developed, and the conditions we can offer you.

In the second, you will have an interview with the area manager and/or regional manager where your technical expertise will be evaluated.

If you are finally the selected person, we have an integration plan in place through which, with the accompaniment and training of different specialists, you will learn how to develop your role and we will give you the tools to make it possible.
