What you'll do

You will be in charge of organizing the team and following up to ensure all regulations and processes are met in each of the sections. Additionally, you will have to create action plans to reach established objectives; you will be a reference when taking on all the challenges that arise day to day.
You will also have a very important role when managing the profitability of your store. You will be responsible for everything related to commercial management (loss control, sales increase, organization of campaigns and promotions, etc.) and human management (team management and customer service).

How you'll work

Indefinite contract from day one to find the stability and peace of mind you are looking for!
Full-time (40h/week) with intensive and rotating schedules, so you can enjoy your free time!

You will be able to train as:

Checkout Section Manager: you will lead the checkout team and ensure customer satisfaction!
Replenishment Area Manager: you will be the reference person guaranteeing the commercial image and you will lead the replenishment sections, ensuring results with decisiveness and dynamism!
Fresh Produce Area Manager: with your analytical capacity and decision-making, you will lead the fresh produce sections team (bakery, fruit, deli, butchery, and fishmonger) so they perform like never before!
Store Manager: you will manage the establishment globally, and you will make the commercial environment, the profit and loss account, and the team shine!
