The role
We are currently recruiting a professional for the Social Area, with the aim of strengthening our internal knowledge in this field and offering specialized support to our locations, thereby contributing to improving the care and accompaniment of our patients.
What you'll do
Your main responsibility will be to facilitate and manage all processes related to the social field, providing direct support to our centers and teams.
- Management of procedures and coordination with social workers.
- Management and monitoring of files with the Public Administration.
- Advising and managing social aid and resources with clients.
- Collaboration with social entities and public organisms.
- Management and monitoring of collaboration agreements.
- Support and advice to GAES centers regarding social aid and its processing.
