Medical Area Representative

• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or professional relationship management positions; experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors will be especially valued.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships of trust with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Result orientation, autonomy, analytical capacity, and planning skills.
• Experience in monitoring business indicators and using CRM tools.

• English level is a plus.

At GAES, an Amplifon brand, we are looking to hire a Medical Area Representative for a temporary replacement in the Maresme and Girona area, contributing to the development of our medical network and the business growth in the assigned territory.

The main mission of the position will be to lead the medical activity in the area, identifying development opportunities, analyzing the potential of the territory, and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals to drive conversion, commercial performance, and patient satisfaction.

Main responsibilities

• Manage and develop the assigned medical territory, analyzing opportunities and defining action plans oriented towards results.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with otorhinolaryngologists (ENT), clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
• Consolidate and expand the network of prescribing professionals in the area.
• Collaborate transversally with Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the achievement of territory objectives.
• Identify conversion opportunities and transform data and insights into initiatives that contribute to business growth.
• Monitor KPIs, investments, and the return on developed actions, ensuring resource efficiency.
• Organize and participate in events, training, workshops, and scientific activities aimed at the medical community.
• Represent the Amplifon brand and position it as a benchmark in hearing health within the assigned territory.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
