At ANANDA ETT, we are selecting a Logistics Administrator to join a major company in the agri-food sector located in Aldeamayor de San Martín (Valladolid).
We are looking for an organized, decisive person with coordination skills, who wants to be part of a dynamic logistics department, participating in the organization of transport and the distribution of goods.
What you'll do
- Organization and coordination of transport and distribution routes.
- Management of goods movements between the company's different centers and its customers.
- Planning and monitoring of shipments and deliveries.
- Coordination with carriers, logistics operators, and internal departments.
- Control and monitoring of goods flows and transport needs.
- Management and resolution of incidents related to deliveries and transport.
- Preparation and management of delivery notes, transport documentation, and logistics records.
- Performance of administrative tasks specific to the logistics department.
How you'll work
- Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
- Flexible schedule within the 08:00 to 18:00 h range, with a 30-minute break for lunch.
- Workplace in Aldeamayor de San Martín (Valladolid).
- Dynamic position, with varied functions and direct contact with the different areas of the company.
