The selected person will be part of the kitchen team, in a stable and dynamic working environment.
Preparation of Spanish gastronomy and traditional cuisine dishes.
Preparation and service of cuisine for à la carte and banquets.
Organization of the mise en place and prior preparation for service.
Control, preservation, and correct handling of food.
Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workstation.
Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Coordinated work with the rest of the kitchen team.
Requirements:
Stable contract
Full-time.
Schedule 13:00h to 17:00h (lunch) and 19:00h to 23:00h (dinner).
5 days of work per week, including weekends.
Immediate start.
