Valuable: Higher Level Vocational Training (FP II) in Building Projects, Execution and Construction Planning, Urban Development Projects, or equivalent technical degree.

We will value experience of at least 1 year in similar functions of site layout, measurements, or supervision (interiors, renovations, or metal/wood carpentry); this is not an exclusion if good technical capacity is demonstrated.

Fluent use of measurement tools (laser, tape measure) and agile interpretation of AutoCAD plans.

Organizational capacity and attention to detail, communication skills for dealing with installers and clients, and problem-solving capacity.

At Ananda, we are selecting a person for the position of Site Layout and Supervision Technician for a company specialized in the design and installation of workspaces and interior architecture: office partitions, mobile partitions, raised technical floors, and self-supporting flooring.

We are looking for a person with technical training, who is dynamic and eager to develop within the sector, to join the technical team and take responsibility for initial data collection on-site and for ensuring the correct execution of projects.

📐 Technical site layout: initial site visit for precise measurements, checking levels, and transferring plans to reality before manufacturing or assembly.

👷 On-site supervision: monitoring the progress of active worksites.

✅ Quality and deadline control: supervision of the work performed by installation teams (in-house and external), guaranteeing the company's finishing standards and compliance with the schedule.

🔧 Incident resolution: identification of technical deviations or unforeseen events on-site and proposal of rapid solutions in coordination with the technical office.

📦 Materials management: verification of the receipt of the correct material in assigned projects.

Availability to travel between different worksites in Catalonia (the company provides a van).

🚐 Company van for travel to worksites.

🍽️ Per diems, tolls, and parking derived from work activity.

📱 Company mobile phone.

📍 Province of Barcelona / Metropolitan Area, with local travel to worksites in Catalonia.
