The role

At Ananda ETT we are specialists in talent selection and, on this occasion, we are collaborating with an important company in the hospitality sector, which requires a cook and kitchen assistant M/F, with demonstrable experience.

Job description:

We are looking for a versatile hospitality professional to join our team immediately. The selected person will perform functions in the kitchen, supporting the preparation of simple dishes, customer service, and service maintenance.

Main functions and tasks

What you'll do

  • Regeneration, preparation, and plating of courses according to the establishment's menu.
  • Support for the head cook in the preparation of ingredients (cutting, mise en place, and food preservation).
  • Reception, quality control, and storage of raw materials.
  • Cleaning and disinfection of kitchen utensils, machinery, and the preparation area, strictly complying with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards.
