REQUIREMENTS

Essential experience in construction works or the renovation of commercial or industrial premises.
Degree in Technical Architecture, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals, and Ports), or Higher Level Vocational Training in areas related to construction, installations, or industrial maintenance.
Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Availability to travel as required by project needs.

The role

At Ananda, we are looking to hire an Installations Project Manager for a major company in the hospitality sector, seeking a technical profile with experience in managing construction projects or the renovation of commercial and industrial premises, team coordination skills, and customer orientation.

What you'll do

Comprehensively manage installation projects, from award to delivery and closure.
Act as the interlocutor with clients during project execution.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise execution, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and scope.
Coordinate the installation team, composed of administrative staff and installation technicians.
Pre-verify measurements, dimensions, service connections, availability of work areas, plans, and technical documentation.
Manage and resolve any incidents that may arise during execution.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and the legalization of installations.
Collaborate with the project, purchasing, and warehouse departments to ensure the correct development of the works.
Perform follow-up visits to installations in Granada, Córdoba, and Málaga, with occasional travel to Madrid and other areas of Spain.

How you'll work

Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 18:00; Friday from 08:00 to 14:00.
Location Granada, with geographic mobility associated with the position
