The role

A company specializing in the rehabilitation and renovation of buildings is looking to hire a Construction Laborer to participate in a comprehensive rehabilitation project of an old house located in Madarcos (Madrid).

What you'll do

The selected person will provide support for various construction and rehabilitation works, collaborating with Skilled Tradespeople and Operators during the different phases of the project, performing the following tasks:

- Support in masonry and rehabilitation works.

- Preparation and transport of materials and tools.

- Cleaning and maintaining order on the construction site.

- Assistance in working at heights under supervision.

- Loading and unloading of materials.

- Compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention standards.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Requirements

Preferably candidates between 20 and 30 years old (profiles up to 45 years old will be considered due to the physical demands of the position).
Own vehicle and residence in the northern area of the Community of Madrid.
Previous experience in construction, renovations, or building rehabilitation is valuable.
Having 20 hours of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training, especially in working at heights, is highly valued.
Responsible person, with a good attitude and a desire to learn.
Residence near the workplace is valued.
