Contract through ETT, with the possibility of joining the permanent staff depending on work and merit.

Salary: €10.08 gross/hour.

The role

At Ananda Gestión ETT Salamanca, we are selecting a customer service profile for a car wash, to perform functions of customer service, collection, and cash management.

If you have experience in customer service, you enjoy interacting with the public, and you are looking for an opportunity to develop professionally, this could be your opportunity!

What you'll do

Customer service and advice.

Collection for services rendered.

Handling of cash and different payment methods.

Cash balancing and closing.

Management of incidents and resolution of customer queries.

Opening and closing of the establishment according to the roster.

Support in tasks specific to the car wash and maintaining order in the customer service area.

How you'll work

Availability to work different shifts according to the roster.

40-hour working week.

Mainly afternoon schedule.

Schedule organization by weeks

One week: from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off.

The following week: from Monday to Sunday, with Saturday off.

Training mainly in the morning, occasionally alternating with some afternoons.
