At Selling Motor Centro, a specialist Engine Spare Parts company dedicated to the distribution and commercialization of automotive spare parts and part of the Corporación Jiménez Maña group, we are looking for a Customer Service and Returns Technician for our headquarters located in Villaverde (Madrid).

What would your functions and day-to-day be within Selling Motor?

• Management of credit notes to our customers.
• Management of credit notes for Jiménez Maña branches.
• Reception of urgent orders from suppliers.
• Organization of incoming materials, contact with the supplier.
• Management and follow-up of returns to suppliers.
• Cleaning and repackaging of credited parts.
• Follow-up of parcel delivery incidents.
