What you'll do
- Phase 1
You will undergo training in which you will have the opportunity to gain an in-depth knowledge of the plant configuration and operating systems. During this period, you will receive classes and carry out simulation practices, all with the support of specialized Instructors. At the end of it, you will take an exam to obtain the Operator license, granted by the Nuclear Safety Council.
- Phase 2
You will join your job as an Operator! For a period, you will work in a shift supervised by an experienced Operator. You will begin to perform the specific functions of the position, meet your colleagues, and consolidate the knowledge acquired.
- Phase 3
You will fully assume your responsibilities as an Operator. Together with the shift team, you will operate all plant systems to guarantee energy generation, as well as all activities and maneuvers to allow energy generation, maintenance, or fuel loading operations.
