Requirements

What we're looking for

Demonstrable prior experience in production logistics, assembly lines, or related sectors such as metal carpentry.
Ability to work as part of a team, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Availability to work the assigned fixed shift and residence near the work center.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Competitive compensation: Gross salary of €1,756 per month.
Schedule stability: Fixed morning shifts (07:00 to 15:00), afternoon shifts (15:00 to 23:00), or night shifts (22:00-6:00) from Monday to Friday. Reduced working hours every Friday.
Career plan: Initial monthly renewable contract with options for permanent incorporation into the company's workforce based on performance.

What you'll do

Carrying out welding tasks and handling metal carpentry according to the company's quality standards.
Palletizing, strapping, and preparing shipments in the logistics area.
Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining order in the workplace to guarantee plant efficiency.
Visual quality control of finished parts and reporting incidents on the line.
