Machinery Operator

• Minimum 1 year of valuable experience in industrial production or machinery handling.
• Experience in food, bakery, or industrial environments is valued.
• Own vehicle or residence near Carlet or Villanueva de Castellón, as we are located in an industrial estate.
• Responsible, dynamic person with a capacity for learning.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) and weekends.

• Training or qualification in industrial processes or baking.
• Training as a first-class kneading or packaging tradesperson.

As a machinery operator, you will participate in different stages of production, helping to ensure that the machinery, materials, and product maintain the necessary pace and quality.

• Handling and supervision of production machinery (kneading, ovens, labeling, or sorting).
• Quality control and monitoring of production times.
• Supply of raw materials and materials to the line.
• Preparation of doughs respecting processes and standards.
• Coordinated work with line managers and colleagues.
• Cleaning and basic maintenance of the workstation.
