Requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum studies: Degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or energy engineering.
We require a proactive and autonomous person, with schedule availability and oriented toward project-based work, who is interested in continuing their training and developing a professional career in the field of energy efficiency. Experience, references, and complementary training in the field of engineering, energy efficiency, or technical offices will be positively valued.
Nice to have
Knowledge of programs such as AutoCAD, CE3X, HULC, CypeCAD, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, will also be valued.
Specific knowledge in carrying out Energy Audits according to RD56/20216 is positively valued; having worked with or knowing the CAE system (Energy Saving Certificates); having worked on projects involving database handling or complex project management.

The role
Joining the Energy Efficiency and Energy Services department of Applus+, reporting to the department head.
Work will be carried out on consulting projects related to energy efficiency: Energy audits, energy certification of buildings, Energy Savings Certificates (CAEs), studies on energy efficiency technologies, and technical assistance.
The role will also involve preparing project implementation offers, defining measurements, requesting quotes from suppliers, drafting technical projects, and preparing tenders for public competitions.
What you'll do
The candidate must assume the following responsibilities:
- Energy consulting: work will be carried out on energy audits, strategic plans, energy management, CAEs, CEE, etc.
- Field inventories and energy measurements
- Drafting of documents
- Identification of customer savings measures
- Project management and procedures with public administration
- Support to the department head in project development.
- Preparation of studies and reports.
- Preparation of measurements for energy installations (electricity, gas, HVAC) and preparation of budgets
- Drafting of executive projects
- Field data collection to prepare measurements
- Requesting quotes and subcontractor management
- Preparation of plans in AutoCAD
- Preparation of documentation: plans, technical reports, spreadsheets, etc.
