EVolve Graduate is a program aimed at recent graduates, designed to boost your potential and support you in your professional development within the company.

We offer two years of continuous training through a development program that includes a Master's in Management, Innovation and Decision-Making, as well as soft skills training.

In the Environment and Sustainability area, you will take part in strategic projects on carbon neutrality, energy efficiency and circular economy, contributing directly to Nissan's environmental goals.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside expert professionals, take on real responsibilities from day one and collaborate on initiatives with tangible impact on both the business and society.

Your duties may include:

🌱 Participating in carbon neutrality projects to contribute to meeting Nissan's environmental goals.

⚡ Collaborating in the definition and implementation of renewable energy projects.

♻️ Driving circular economy initiatives focused on waste reuse and recovery.

📋 Analyzing directives and regulations from the European Commission and the Spanish administration, assessing their impact on the company's activity.

💰 Identifying opportunities for grants and public funding, collaborating in their management and processing.

📈 Participating in the development and implementation of support programs for sustainability projects.

🤝 Collaborating with different areas of the organization to drive compliance with environmental indicators (KPIs).

🏭 Working with suppliers on the development and implementation of environmental initiatives.

📊 Preparing reports, analyses and presentations for project and results monitoring.

🦺 Providing support in the application of Health and Safety regulations related to facilities and production processes.

🔋 Monitoring energy consumption, energy performance indicators (EnPIs) and opportunities for optimizing energy costs.

🔹 Degree in Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related qualifications. Important: you must have completed your studies.

🔹 Analytical skills and a project management mindset.

🔹 Communication and teamwork skills.

🔹 Proactive attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn and motivation to generate a positive impact.

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

🔹 Knowledge of environmental regulations and grant and subsidy programs (a plus).

🔹 Participation in academic or professional projects related to sustainability, energy efficiency, project management or industrial environments, especially in the metallurgical sector, will be valued.

🔹 Fluent level of Spanish and English.

📈 Participar en el desarrollo e implementación de programas de apoyo a proyectos de sostenibilidad.

🤝 Colaborar con distintas áreas de la organización para impulsar el cumplimiento de los indicadores ambientales (KPIs).

🏭 Trabajar con proveedores en el desarrollo e implementación de iniciativas medioambientales.

📊 Elaborar informes, análisis y presentaciones para el seguimiento de proyectos y resultados.

🦺 Dar soporte en la aplicación de la normativa de Seguridad y Salud relacionada con instalaciones y procesos productivos.

🔋Monitorizar consumos energéticos, indicadores de desempeño energético (EnPIs) y oportunidades de optimización de costes energéticos.

🚀 Impulsar iniciativas de digitalización para el seguimiento y optimización del desempeño energético y ambiental.

🔹 Grado en Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería de la Energía, Ingeniería Industrial o titulaciones afines. Importante: es necesario haber finalizado los estudios.

🔹 Capacidad analítica y orientación a la gestión de proyectos.

🔹 Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

🔹 Actitud proactiva, curiosidad, ganas de aprender y motivación por generar un impacto positivo.
