Mission:
Assist the team in the collection, consolidation, and verification of operational data related to the sustainability and energy efficiency of shopping centers. You will provide support in the preliminary analysis of data and collaborate in the updating of key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the company's ESG strategic objectives, always under the supervision of the senior team.
Learning opportunities:
Data collection and verification: Support the systematic collection of energy consumption and sustainability data in shopping centers, ensuring information quality to detect possible deviations or errors.
Database consolidation: Assist in the structuring and consolidation of historical and current data to facilitate preliminary analyses on energy behavior.
Indicator monitoring: Collaborate in the periodic updating of the ESG Strategic Plan KPIs and support the preparation of compliance reports.
Technical-administrative support: Provide support in the review and monitoring of sustainability projects and energy efficiency works in the facilities.
Systems monitoring: Assist in the daily monitoring of consumption through the use of energy management systems (BMS/EMS) and IoT platforms to identify operational anomalies.
Final-year student in Engineering (Industrial, Energy Specialty, Environmental) or Environmental Sciences.
Complementary training or a Master's in Sustainability, CSR, or Environmental Management is valued.
