Energy Efficiency Technical Consultant

• Support for the management of aid programs, evaluation, and processing of projects aimed at improving energy efficiency and the implementation of renewable energies within the scope of the AGE, with possible European Union funding.
• Technical assistance and support for participants, to advise them during the process of carrying out the aid program.
• Technical and administrative evaluation of the submitted projects.
• Preparation of technical reports justifying rectification, dismissal, or favorable outcomes.
• Exploitation of data from the projects submitted to the corresponding aid program or plan.
• Support in the drafting of auxiliary documentation, guides for the participant, answers to frequently asked questions, etc.
• Dissemination of the aid program, creation of informative notes, organization of workshops, etc.
• Channeling inquiries from interested parties and applicants of the aid program.
• Support for the monitoring of the energy and economic objectives of the aid program.
• Coordination with the other involved departments of IDAE.
• Support in the management and coordination of the obligations derived from the exemplary function of public organization buildings.
• Support in the management and user support for the Energy Management Information System for Buildings of the General State Administration (SIGEE-AGE) or the IT Platform that replaces it.
• Support in the management of the IDAE e-Learning Training Platform, preparation of training content, and delivery of training sessions.
• Support to the specialized departments of IDAE for the performance of studies, technical assistance, or work related to energy improvement and renewable deployment within the scope of the AGE.
• Support in the implementation, execution, and monitoring of the measures contemplated in the energy saving and renewable generation plans approved for the AGE.

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in the areas of energy, renewables, or industrial.
• Total professional experience in positions related to a Master's or Engineering Degree. Minimum required: 40 months
• Demonstrated experience in the evaluation of technical and administrative documentation of files submitted to aid/subsidy plans related to the energy improvement of buildings or infrastructures, for an intermediary body, collaborating entity, managing body, or instrumental entity participating in the management of European funds or public aid programs. Minimum required: 12 months, within the last 4 years.
• At least one year of experience in the application of legislation for electrical installations and/or thermal installations and/or HVAC installations.
• At least one year of experience in the knowledge and application of regulations in one or several of the following matters: energy efficiency, sustainable mobility, or renewable generation, within the scope of the General State Administration. The same period will be counted only once, even if it covers several matters.
• At least one year of demonstrated experience in the preparation or review of energy certificates for buildings and/or energy audits of infrastructures.
• At least one year of experience in the preparation and maintenance of dashboards in Power BI or an equivalent Business Intelligence tool.
