Aqualia is the fourth-largest water company in Europe by population served and the ninth-largest in the world. We currently provide service to 44.8 million users across 19 countries, managing the full water cycle, from collection, purification, and treatment of water gathered from the natural environment, to its distribution and collection of used water for subsequent treatment and return to the environment in optimal conditions that do not harm the environment.

We are looking to hire a network manager in Badajoz with the following duties:

1. Supervise and control maintenance and operation operations of water networks as established in the contract (repair of breakdowns and modification of networks).
2. Prepare reports on complaints regarding service provision (supply deficiencies, low pressure, water turbidity, etc.), providing appropriate assessments and, where applicable, carrying out projects and proposals for new works that may help resolve them.
3. Schedule network and sewerage operation and maintenance activities using available planning tools (master supply and sanitation plans, service regulations, leak detection plan).
4. Maintain relationships with institutional clients through their technical representatives to resolve queries and incidents related to the services under their responsibility.
5. Address client queries regarding new connections, pressures, etc., ensuring

quality service.

1. Supervise/perform management of incidents caused by deficiencies/issues in supply networks: opening case files, conducting assessments, and proposing resolutions.
2. Make purchase and order proposals, and control invoices derived from purchases of

materials, always within the limits of their authority.

1. Carrying out any other complementary task necessary for the performance of their duties.

Required Education: Degree/Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering.

Required Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in network maintenance or civil works.

Essential Specific Knowledge: Technical and economic knowledge, especially in engineering fields.

Languages: English. Intermediate level.

Other: Driver's license.
