Do you want to join our team?

We are looking to hire a Service Manager in Training, with the following duties:

Represent Aqualia before the concessionary Administration, acting as the technical and economic liaison with the relevant municipal area managers in the event of any service incidents or changes to contract terms.
Plan, direct, and supervise the proper technical management of the complete water cycle within the Service (water treatment, water management, and wastewater treatment), resolving any technical issues that may arise (optimizing network performance and the operation of facilities and equipment, areas to be developed, calculations, etc.).
To implement the necessary measures to ensure the safety and quality of both assets and people in the provision of the service.
Resolve administrative issues related to customers (reviewing billing, disconnection and direct debit campaigns, complaints, etc.).
Conduct the economic analysis of the evolution of profitability indicators and the debt of the contract under their responsibility, and carry out the necessary actions on revenues (tariff reviews, fraud detection, unpaid bills, contract procurement, etc.) and expenses (personnel, energy, reagents, etc.), in order to ensure the profitability of the service.
Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other companies related to the service, reviewing and approving, up to the limit of their authority, purchase invoices and service contracts, in accordance with the established budget.

7 Supervise compliance with safety and prevention measures within their service.

8 Perform any other complementary task necessary for the proper development of their duties.

Requirements

Required Qualification: Degree/Engineering in sciences; Industrial, Civil, or Chemical Engineering is valued.

Experience: Previous experience in managing concession contracts with local administrations will be valued.

Languages: English

Other: Possession of a driver's license.
