QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in engineering, Technical Architecture, Architecture, Master's.

Plan and organize material, technical, and human resources and carry out the technical and economic-administrative management for the execution of the assigned project, to satisfy the objectives of the company and the final client, ensuring the best conditions in terms of cost and deadline.

Note: A Site Manager may assume the functions of Production Manager in some projects due to organizational demands.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

• Analyze the conditions set out in the award contract and the specifications of administrative clauses that will become part of the contract, and assess the technical and budgetary feasibility of the awarded offer, proposing modifications and/or improvements.
• Develop and implement or execute purchase, waste, quality, etc. plans, supported by the corresponding departments.
• Size the human and material teams to be available on site according to the established planning and process the necessary licenses and authorizations according to current legislation to start the work.
• Stake out and sign the setting-out certificate, which marks the start of the delivery period.

EXECUTION AND CONTROL

• Lead the site launch and coordinate the arrival of the resources and material means planned for the site, managing them.
• Manage and organize the execution of daily tasks applying the PGO, quality, waste management, and health and safety, and detect, analyze, and resolve any problems that may arise by reporting to the corresponding areas and proposing corrective measures regarding deviations, and readjusting the mobilized resources and work programs.
• Manage monthly certifications and measurements for themselves and subcontractors, and control the administrative documentation of subcontractors on site (check-list).

COORDINATION AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

• Coordinate and verify the fulfillment of safety, quality, and waste management plans, and coordinate changes to be made due to changes in criteria during execution.
• Coordinate with the rest of the company's departments participating in the process for the planning, execution, control, and site closure phases, providing assistance in complex work processes.

COMMERCIAL

• Manage and negotiate the certifications received by subcontractors and trades on site, and manage and negotiate the monthly certification with the site management.
• Hold as many site meetings as necessary with management and with the owner in order to satisfy the final client (investor, administrations, public companies,...).
• Act as a salesperson for the acquisition of new construction, renovation, or new work areas within the same project.

TRANSVERSAL FUNCTIONS

TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Ensure that they have the right people in their area, committed and competent, promoting their integration, training, development, and recognition, with an optimal implementation of people management processes (selection, onboarding, training, evaluation,...) in collaboration with the HR Area.

RULES AND PROCEDURES

• Ensure that all activities, works, and operations are carried out in accordance with the quality, safety and health, sustainability, waste management and environment rules, procedures, and instructions, and the rest of the current regulations and legislation.
