1. To know and participate in the development of the overall and specific technical program, as well as the work and activities to be carried out.
2. To teach instructional activities: swimming lessons, courses, general or specific sessions, developing the guidelines contained in the program, through the execution of sessions and schedules, favoring the acquisition of skills and prioritizing socio-educational objectives.
3. To have full responsibility for the control, safety (with strict control of risk factors) and organization of the students under their charge, as well as the evaluation of progress, objectives, resources, and means.
4. To have access to sports facilities for the development of their activity, coordinating their use in a balanced way with other professionals.
5. To determine by objective means the level to which the different students under their charge or in their shift will be assigned.
6. To ensure compliance with established schedules: full effectiveness in the use of teaching time.
7. To participate in the proper functioning and conservation of the facilities, as well as the materials

or documents assigned to their service.

1. To assess the sports needs for the offering of activities, collect qualitative and quantitative information, in order to propose the resources, programs, or projects to be created or developed, participating in their preparation and/or evaluation.
2. To participate in the preparation of the technical documentation of the service.
3. To inform users (as well as their families if necessary) about the development of sports, educational, and other elements of the service.
4. To be responsible for the organization of the means, equipment, and materials under their charge. To supervise the correct condition of the elements that affect any of the activities to be developed and to help correct any deficiencies or location errors, within their possibilities, for the proper development of the activity.
5. To produce statistics and records of the students under their charge. To prepare daily reports indicating work performed, technical assistance provided, actions taken, and to communicate and report any incidents or anomalies in the service to their hierarchical or functional superiors.
6. To collaborate in the administrative monitoring of daily attendance: daily attendance list.
7. To permanently ensure and enforce, in a rigorous manner, the safety and conduct rules established for the use of the different facilities.
8. To prepare, distribute, collect, and properly store the teaching, equipment, or auxiliary materials for the activities.
