Swimming Instructor

🎓Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Physical Activity and Sports Animation or any other official qualification that grants competencies linked to the required knowledge. Alternatively, a Swimming Instructor certification from the Federation or a Professional Certificate in Lifesaving in Aquatic Facilities.

🥽Previous experience between 6 months and 1 year in similar tasks

🔐 Knowledge of data protection matters

🎓University Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science or similar

🔁📆Availability to work in rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday

🏠Residence in Adeje or nearby municipalities

Your mission as a Pool Instructor at our Nexsport Club Adeje sports center will be to lead and coordinate aquatic activities, guaranteeing a safe and motivating environment for our users. Additionally, you must teach high-quality classes, supervise the water areas, and encourage participation from our users, promoting their well-being and the enjoyment of every session while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

What will you do as a Pool Instructor at Nexsport Club Adeje?

🏊🏻‍♀️Teach swimming classes adapted to the needs of the users.
🔎Supervise the correct execution of movements and postures during classes.
✔Ensure the proper use and maintenance of the water area and its equipment.
🆘Perform lifesaving duties and apply personalized training programs.
✨Attend to users, especially new ones, to guide them in their activities.
⌛Manage incidents and coordinate class changeover times.
🔒Act responsibly in conflict resolution and in data protection.
🦺Guarantee a safe environment, rigorously applying safety measures.
🤝🏻Collaborate in other areas of the center as required, with the necessary training.
