At Aqualia we are looking to bring on board an Electrical Energy Specialist Technician specialized in industrial electrical installations, with experience in photovoltaic project management, energy efficiency and/or operations in the field of management and control related to operational installations. As well as in the management of state-level and/or European grants, such as MOVES, CAES and IEE.

We require a profile with solid knowledge of electrical distribution, energy efficiency improvement actions applicable to operational installations in the integrated water cycle or similar installations.

Main duties include:

  • Management of renewable energy implementation projects.
  • Optimization of energy consumption and costs
  • Preparation of reports and technical documents for obtaining Energy Savings
  • Coefficients (CAE)
  • Management of incidents associated with operational installations.
  • Management of grant applications for programs such as MOVES III for vehicles and electric chargers
  • Management of applications for the reduction of the energy tax on operational installations (IEE).
  • Calculations and cost estimates associated with energy consumption in operational installations.

Requirements

  • Required Qualification: Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering or related degrees.
  • Required Experience: Experience in photovoltaic project management, energy efficiency and/or operations in the field of management and monitoring and control related to operational installations. As well as in the management of state-level and/or European grants, such as MOVES, CAES and IEE.
  • Required Technical Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical installations and electromechanical equipment associated with operational infrastructures.
  • Experience in energy efficiency, energy audits and consumption analysis.
  • Knowledge of CAE management, energy grants and subsidies (MOVES, IEE and equivalent programs).
  • Experience in renewable energy projects, especially photovoltaic installations for self-consumption.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation and control (SCADA, PLC and energy monitoring).
  • Ability to carry out technical-economic studies, cost forecasts and optimization of energy supplies.
  • Knowledge of the regulations applicable to electrical installations, energy efficiency and industrial safety.
  • Advanced proficiency in office tools and technical software for energy and electrical analysis.
  • Languages: Spanish / Catalan / English – B2 level
  • Preferred Place of Residence: Preferably in the Province of Barcelona
