CCC Industrial Maintenance Specialist Technician (Barcelona)

In this context, we are looking for talent to fill the position of CCC Industrial Maintenance Specialist Technician in the Barcelona Port Operating Unit.

• Lead and participate in the planning, supervision, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work for the assigned equipment and facilities.
• Supervise technical interventions in the field, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Participate in on-call services and incident response, providing specialized technical support during breakdowns or extraordinary operational situations.
• Collaborate actively in scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns, managing inspection, repair, assembly, functional testing, and commissioning activities.
• Analyze complex breakdowns, failures, and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and improvement actions.
• Define needs for material resources, strategic spare parts, and technical means necessary to guarantee the operational continuity of the facility.
• Participate in the preparation and optimization of maintenance plans, technical procedures, and work ranges.
• Perform technical and economic monitoring of maintenance activities through management indicators, costs, and results analysis.
• Collaborate on projects for innovation, technological modernization, and improvement of the reliability of industrial assets.
• Contribute to compliance with industrial safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and environmental protection.
