The main functions include:
• Management and evolution of digital business tools (CRM, collaborative tools, reporting, process management, etc.).
• Act as a functional point of reference for customer management teams.
• Detection of business needs, analyzing processes and defining digital solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate and prioritize requirements with IT and external providers, ensuring correct functional implementation.
• Participate actively in implementation and improvement projects for digital tools, assuming leadership responsibilities.
• Design and supervise advanced functional configurations (roles, permissions, flows, dashboards, reports).
• Define, document and govern processes, user guides and best practices.
• Drive training, adoption and cultural change in the use of digital tools.
• Monitor usage, efficiency and service quality indicators, proposing continuous improvements.
