What we're looking for

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
Able to obtain food safety certification.
Available to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

This position may have physical demands including but not limited to lifting weights, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or standing or walking for long periods of time. This position may also require the use of uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The role

Serving prepares you to lead. As a waiter on our team, you will master the art of creating an incredible experience for the customer. You will be the person responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and creating unforgettable memories for our guests. Our waiters and waitresses are delighted to keep our customers satisfied and are people capable of responding to problems instantly. By focusing on ways to improve the customer experience, you will be able to refine your leadership skills and open new doors for your career.

What you'll do

Serve food and drink to guests according to their orders and/or the banquet menu.
Know the menu products as well as the rest of the items.
Maintain the good appearance and cleanliness of the food service areas during the event.
Replenish various products, both food and drink.
Adhere to all regulations regarding alcohol consumption and safe consumption guidelines, including asking customers for identification.
Offer excellent customer service by anticipating their needs.
Dismantle and clean/disinfect food service areas, workstations, and equipment.
Maintain a positive attitude towards guests, customers, coworkers...
Adhere to Aramark's safety policies and procedures, including those for food safety and cleaning.
Ensure the security of company assets.
